What tracking numbers can I use?
You can use either your Bill of Lading (BL) number or your internal Order Number. Our system intelligently detects the format and retrieves the correct shipment record instantly.
How often is the tracking information updated?
GPS-linked trucks update in real-time every 30 seconds on the live map. Status updates appear immediately once a transporter submits them via the driver app or dashboard.
What if my shipment shows 'Not Found'?
This usually means the order was just created and hasn't been processed by the logistics company yet. Wait a few hours or contact your supplier for confirmation. Make sure you're using the correct BL or Order number.
Can I see the truck on a map?
Yes! Trucks equipped with GPS trackers appear on the live map with real-time position, speed, and heading. Non-GPS trucks show their last manually reported location. Switch to Split view to see the map alongside the status timeline.
Is my shipment data secure?
Absolutely. Rate and payment information is never shown on the public tracking page. Sensitive details like BL numbers and container contents are only visible to authenticated users within your organization.
