The i-Freight Board platform, including but not limited to its software, source code, database architecture, user interface design, graphics, and documentation, is the exclusive property of inLOBU International Network Ltd and is protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, and other intellectual property laws.

3. User-Generated Content (Marketplace Listings)

i-Freight Board is a digital marketplace connecting shippers, carriers, and freight forwarders. Users retain ownership of the content they submit to the platform, such as cargo descriptions, company logos, and truck availability details.

By posting content on i-Freight Board, you grant inLOBU International Network Ltd a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content solely for the purpose of operating, marketing, and improving the i-Freight Board marketplace and its services.

Marketplace Disclaimer: i-Freight Board acts strictly as an intermediary. We do not own, operate, or manage the physical freight, trucks, or cargo listed on this platform. Therefore, i-Freight Board holds no copyright or liability over the actual physical freight arrangements, negotiations, or transport executed between users outside of our digital platform.

4. Trademarks & Service Marks

All names, logos, and brands mentioned on the i-Freight Board platform that are not owned by inLOBU International Network Ltd are the property of their respective owners. Use of these names, logos, and brands does not imply endorsement.

5. Scraping and Data Mining Prohibited

Any unauthorized use, including but not limited to scraping, data mining, data extraction, or automated gathering of cargo listings, user details, or carrier information from the i-Freight Board platform is strictly prohibited.

This includes the use of bots, spiders, or any other automated technology to access the platform for the purpose of copying, storing, or distributing data. Such activities constitute a violation of our Terms of Service and applicable copyright laws, and may result in immediate account termination and legal action.

6. Reporting Copyright Infringements

If you believe that any content on the i-Freight Board platform infringes upon your copyright or intellectual property rights, please contact our designated legal team immediately. Please include:

A description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed.
The exact URL or location on the Site of the allegedly infringing content.
Your full name, address, telephone number, and email address.
A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the content is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf.

7. Enforcement

inLOBU International Network Ltd reserves the right to remove any content from the platform that violates this Copyright Policy without prior notice. We also reserve the right to terminate the accounts of repeat infringers. We may also take legal action to protect our intellectual property and the intellectual property of our users when necessary.
